Billing & Refund Policy
How fixed-term access purchases, refunds, and billing issues are handled.
This policy explains how Outlivo billing works. Outlivo offers subscription access for fixed monthly or yearly terms (Lite and Starter). If you participate in our temporary free beta, access is free under specific seat limits.
Fixed-term access plans
- Lite: $9/month, supports 1 connected Gmail inbox, 50 emails/day cap, 1 active campaign, sequencing, and follow-ups.
- Starter: $19/month, supports 2 connected Gmail inboxes, 250 emails/day cap, unlimited campaigns, sequencing, follow-ups, and warmup.
- Access remains active until the purchased term ends. Plans do not auto-renew unless specified at checkout.
Free beta program
- We may offer temporary Free Beta seats. Free Beta grants access to the Lite plan only.
- Daily sending during Free Beta may be capped lower (e.g. 25 emails/day) at our discretion.
- The Starter plan is coming soon and may be unavailable during the beta period.
Pricing, currency, and taxes
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, which may vary by plan, promotion, or payment provider (e.g. Razorpay).
- Listed prices do not include local taxes, duties, or bank transaction charges, which are the sender's responsibility.
- Future price changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter an already-purchased term.
Checkout and payment processing
- Payments are processed through standard integration checkouts (such as Razorpay).
- We do not store your credit card details; all transaction operations are handled securely by the payment processor.
Refunds and cancellations
Paid terms are generally non-refundable once access has been provisioned. We do not provide prorated credits for partial use or early cancellations.
- Refunds or corrections are issued for verified duplicate charges or payment processing errors.
- Refunds are not granted for campaign outcomes, inbox placement rates, or account suspensions resulting from violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
Disputes and support
If you believe a charge was unauthorized or incorrect, contact outlivo.tech@gmail.com immediately with the transaction details. If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back, access to the corresponding paid workspace may be restricted.
